Delivery rates
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM8.00 per order — free on orders of RM250.00 and above (after discounts).
- Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan: RM15.00 per order.
- Singapore & Brunei: RM50.00 per order. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are paid by the recipient.
The exact shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will it arrive?
We pack and send orders within [e.g. 1–3 working days] of payment. Once your parcel leaves us, you’ll get an email with the courier’s name and your tracking number. Couriers usually take a few working days within Malaysia, a little longer for East Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
Returns & exchanges
Sizing online is hard — we get it. If something doesn’t fit, contact us within [e.g. 7] days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, and we’ll arrange an exchange or a refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, undergarments and socks can’t be returned unless faulty.
- Faulty or wrong item? We cover the return postage. Otherwise, return postage is paid by the customer.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within [e.g. 7–14 working days] of us receiving the item.
